In 10 minutes you can launch your boat from the government dock and enjoy beautiful Lake of Bays. . For those who like to explore 45 -60 minutes puts you in the Muskoka Lakes region where you can shop Bala, Port Carling & Rosseau. Boating , cycling, kayaking, sight seeing , snowmobiling, skiing and snowshoeing is right outside our door. We enjoy year round sunsets and sunrises over a natural large beaver pond on 25 acres of both hardwood Bush and grassy flat land. Our trails are well groomed and wind through the property allowing campsites for every kind of enthusiast.

We have lived in Muskoka on this 25 acre parcel of land for 20 years. We have raised our children and now look forward to retirement. We breed Labrador Retrievers. We have watched our children grow up here enjoying everything Muskoka has to offer. Our property has many trails to enjoy for every type of enthusiast.
